Eligibility Criteria To Join NDA 2021:
Only male candidates (unmarried) are allowed to appear for the test. The Age of the Applicants should be in between 16.5 to 19 years of age.
Nationality:
A candidate must either be (i) a citizen of India, or ii) a subject of Bhutan, or (iii) a subject of Nepal, or (iv) a Tibetan refugee who came over to India before the 01st January 1962 to permanently settle in India, or (v) a person of Indian origin who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka and East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire and Ethiopia or Vietnam intending to permanently settle in India.
- Provided that a candidate belonging to categories (ii), (iii), (iv) and (v) above shall be a person in whose favour a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Govt. of India.
- A certificate of eligibility will not, however, be necessary in the case of candidates who are Gorkha subjects of Nepal.
Educational Requirements
1. For Army Wing: A candidate who wants to join the Army Wing should have passed the 10+2 exam in any stream.
2. For Navy: A candidate should have passed the 10+2 exam in the science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as their basic subjects.
3. For Air Force: A candidate should have passed the 10+2 exam in science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Maths as their basic subjects.
Physical Requirement Height(Minimum):
1. Army wings: 157.5 cms
2. Navy Wings: 157 cms
3. Air Force: 162.5 cms
4. Chest of the candidate should be well developed and should not be less than 81 cms.
Salary Package: (APPROX)
